On an overcast and cold Saturday morning at 07:30 am, 25 July 2026, President Lebogang Pillar, President Elect Lebogang Mothibsela, Immediate Past President Anna Surmon, Past Presidents Bill McLellan, John Cunliff and Rotarians Graham Burt, Gorata Boikanyo, Sabine Ostmann, William Surmon, Humphrey Chawafambira, Kabelo Motswagole congregated at Game City in Gaborone and then headed off to donate 50 blankets to Cynthia’s Child Care Centre in the village of Malokaganyane approximately 120 km to the south.
We arrived at the centre just after 10 am and offloaded the blankets and prepared for the general formalities. After the various speeches and the handing over of blankets to some of the children and parents it was time for tea and coffee. Then shortly after midday we departed to return to Gaborone.
